Referencing Unit

On this system, brackets and sensors are applying on the autoglasses. Windshells are carried on conveyors and then they are centering before bonding. Robots taking the tools on the braket – sensor magazine.

Tooling detects the applying area with ISRA VISION. After detecting, absolute coodinates are transfered by camera and control system and applying can be done. Autoglass with brackets and sensors are carried to end of the conveyor and they are taken by robots. After taking, autoglasses are putting on the turntable and palletizing.
