In this system, brackets and sensors are applied on the autoglasses. Autoglasses are carried on conveyors and then are centered before bonding. Robots take the tools on the bracket – sensor magazine.
Tooling detects the application area via ISRA VISION. After detecting, absolute coordinates are transfered by camera and control system and application can be done. Autoglass with brackets and sensors are carried to the end of the conveyor and they are taken by robots. After taking, autoglass are put on the turntable and palletizing.
